Greenville-Based Video Company
Changes Name, Opens Production Studio

A Greenville-based video production firm is changing its name to Celebrate Media Group and opening a video studio in its hometown.

Celebrate Media Group has opened a video studio in Greenville to create television commercials, online videos and other media types. The company previously was known as Green Shoot Agency.

Formerly known as Green Shoot Agency, the company that focuses on video storytelling for television commercials, online videos, movie theater pre-roll ads and other formats is now called Celebrate Media Group.

The change reflects the popularity of its weekly online video series, “Celebrate Hunt County,” which features local people telling uplifting stories and is averaging more than 20,000 views per week on Facebook, owner Derek Price said.

“We’ve been blown away by the support and interest in our ‘Celebrate Hunt County’ episodes,” Price said. “With tens of thousands of views online every week, we think the ‘Celebrate’ brand will become very well-known over time. That’s why we’re making the change.”

The rebranding also reflects the positive, inspiring feeling the company hopes to instill in its productions.

The studio will be used to help create the popular “Celebrate Hunt County” web video series, along with other commercial video projects.

With its new studio in southern Greenville, Celebrate Media Group will have a faster, simpler, more convenient way to help its clients deliver polished video messages. A teleprompter for vocal delivery, acoustic insulation, green-screen recording capability and quality lighting and sound equipment open the door for many types of creative work.

“Greenville is a growing, thriving, changing community full of creative people, and we’re excited to be a part of that growth,” Price said. “We do work all over Texas, but we’re proud to call Greenville and Hunt County home. We hope to be one of many positive stories that come out of this great place.”
